About This Position
Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day sales operations with a focus on order accuracy, system work, and key account support. Through strong cross-functional coordination and attention to detail, this role helps ensure seamless execution and positive customer experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for key accounts.
Ensure accurate order processing, reliable promise dates, and timely communication with customers.
Support invoicing, reporting, and process improvements.
Maintain the customer portal for the assigned customers.
Oversee order management activities and maintain backlog accuracy, and coordinate across functions to ensure seamless execution.
Support with system updates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
At least 2 years of sales operations/customer service experience required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience with Salesforce required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

The pay range for this position is $62,000 - 64,500 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on the position offered, geographic location, education, training, and/or experience.
