About This Position

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day sales operations with a focus on order accuracy, system work, and key account support. Through strong cross-functional coordination and attention to detail, this role helps ensure seamless execution and positive customer experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for key accounts.

  • Ensure accurate order processing, reliable promise dates, and timely communication with customers.

  • Support invoicing, reporting, and process improvements.

  • Maintain the customer portal for the assigned customers.

  • Oversee order management activities and maintain backlog accuracy, and coordinate across functions to ensure seamless execution.

  • Support with system updates.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented and accurate.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of sales operations/customer service experience required.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience with Salesforce required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

The pay range for this position is $62,000 - 64,500 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on the position offered, geographic location, education, training, and/or experience.
