Able to Dream Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to assist and care for individuals with disabilities and special needs. Our organization is committed to providing respectful, support that promotes independence and enhances overall well-being.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Training on personal care routines such as hygiene, bathing, and grooming.
Assisting with daily living activities, including meal preparation, household tasks, and facilitating access to recreational and social activities.
Planning and accompanying individuals to community activities to foster social engagement and community participation.
Providing transportation to appointments and community outings.
Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and family members.
Offering emotional support and companionship.

Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of APD Required Training: Zero Tolerance, Direct Care Core Competencies, and Requirements for all waiver providers (Willing to obtain training before hire).
