The Plumbing Service Technician will be responsible for:

• Performing plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and light commercial customers
• Diagnosing plumbing problems and presenting practical repair or replacement solutions
• Communicating clearly with customers regarding the issue, recommended solution, timeline, and pricing
• Completing accurate job documentation through the company app, including:
  • Detailed job notes
  • Materials used
  • Before, during, and after photos
  • Completion of required solution sheets
• Coordinating with dispatch and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly
• Promoting the company in a professional and positive manner
• Ensuring all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Maintaining a clean and professional service truck and jobsite
• Treating customer homes, businesses, and property with care and respect
• Staying current on plumbing products, best practices, and evolving industry technology

Qualified candidates should have:

• Minimum of 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and think on your feet
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices
• Physical ability to perform plumbing work, including lifting equipment and materials as needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
