Role: Install/Set Crew

FLSA: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

Superior Walls of Upstate New York is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Installers. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in an outdoor environment, and take pride in contributing to high-quality construction projects.

As an Installer, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of Superior Walls foundation systems. Working as part of a dedicated crew, you will help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare construction sites for the installation of Superior Walls foundation systems.
• Assist with the unloading, positioning, and installation of precast concrete wall panels.
• Climb ladders and work at varying heights while following all safety protocols.
• Unhook, align, bolt, and caulk wall panels according to company specifications and installation standards.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow detailed installation procedures, blueprints, and project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, equipment, and other assets are properly maintained, secured, and organized.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Construction experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working around heavy equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.

Schedule:

The compensation outlined is based on an hourly rate plus linear footage; subject to approved/scheduled jobs.
