Buyer at New Tech Global Staffing – Pasadena, Texas

NTG Staffing is working with a client who is hiring a contract position in Pasadena, TX. This position will last through December with the possibility of extension.

This role will be to support the company's purchasing operations. If you have experience with NetSuite and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

• Create and process purchase orders (POs) in NetSuite
• Expedite orders by contacting vendors and updating status reports
• Maintain catalog data (e.g., part number setup)
• Communicate with internal teams (sales reps, branch managers) for clarification
• Support administrative procurement tasks

• NetSuite experience required
• Ability to cut POs in NetSuite
• Comfortable making vendor calls and interacting with internal teams
• 2–5 years of buying, procurement, or administrative experience
• No negotiating required, tasks will be Administrative in nature

• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive communicator
• Organized and adaptable
