We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience who is ready to step into meaningful, sophisticated casework and contribute to a team that values precision, purpose, and principled advocacy.

$160,000 - $220,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Advocate for clients in impactful education and civil litigation matters
• Lead cases from intake through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, discovery, administrative hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, and court appearances
• Craft innovative and strategic litigation approaches aligned with each client’s unique goals
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated, compassionate legal team committed to excellence and meaningful impact

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California Bar
• Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials
• Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
• A client-first mindset and a genuine passion for justice and advocacy
