$115,000 - $130,000 yearly

• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to quickly build relationships with national and regional developers
• 3 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
• Negotiating and deal-making are your passions, and you are intrinsically motivated to succeed
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related experience highly desired
