Arbor Pediatrics is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our practice in Avondale, Arizona

Position Overview:

​Experience Required:

2+ years of experience working as a general pediatrics provider is required.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam
• Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006, must be board certified
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Arizona
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Arizona
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
