  • Support onboarding process optimization and compliance training initiatives to ensure operational readiness and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable operational outcomes.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining focus on high-impact strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or technical program support, preferably within a healthcare environment.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience with direct team management responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting care management, utilization management, or clinical operations teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strategic direction, prioritize initiatives, and lead execution of complex operational programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, technical, and business teams.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading within matrixed organizations.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, managed care, or healthcare operations environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards such as CMS and NCQA preferred.
