We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Level 3 Armed Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors within the school premises.

Responsibilities:

Security Patrol:
Conduct regular patrols of the school campus to deter and detect any potential security threats.
Report any suspicious activities promptly.
Access Control:
Enforce access control measures to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, security breaches, or medical incidents.
Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Risk Assessment:
Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving security measures.
Collaborate with school administration to address security vulnerabilities..
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with school staff, students, and visitors.
Report incidents and provide detailed written reports as necessary.
Training and Drills:
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on security procedures and protocols.
Conduct security drills to ensure preparedness for various scenarios.
Qualifications:

Valid Level 3 Security Officer License.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or training is a plus.
Proven experience as an armed security officer, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Physical fitness and ability to perform security-related tasks.
