Job Description: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer service experience (1-2 years), preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
