Job Description: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in building positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, empathize with their concerns, and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Educate customers about our products, services, and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience (1-2 years), preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
