About the Role
Join a high-visibility Revenue Operations team where your analytical work directly shapes the commercial decisions of senior leadership. As a Business Analyst, you'll own the reporting infrastructure and forecasting models that drive how the business understands its pipeline, performance, and trajectory — giving you meaningful impact from day one.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and storytelling: someone who can wrangle complex, large-scale datasets and turn them into clear, actionable insights for the people running the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain weekly sales pipeline reports tracking created, pushed, and stage-distributed opportunities
- Develop YTD performance summaries by rep, team, and product using structured Excel models
- Maintain rolling weekly outlook models comparing actuals vs quota across region, segment, and rep
- Integrate closed/won data with pipeline coverage metrics to produce current-quarter and full-year forecasts
- Audit and clean raw CRM exports (3,000–4,000 row datasets) for reporting accuracy
- Apply and maintain classification flags across large, structured tables; resolve formula errors and data mismatches
- Produce meeting activity and coverage reports for senior leaders
- Support weekly pipeline review decks by maintaining the underlying Excel data models
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a related analytical role
- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (multi-sheet workbooks, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, date functions, structured tables, charts)
- AI-literate with hands-on familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar; able to apply AI to accelerate data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and CRM data exports
- Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to data quality and formula auditing
- Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Effective written communication for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- BI tools experience (Tableau, Power BI)
- SQL exposure
- Background in financial services, banking, or insurance
- Experience supporting C-suite or department-head reporting cadences
Compensation: Annual base salary of $90,000-$100,000 + bonus
