Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across multiple departments. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain data quality and ensure accuracy of analytical outputs
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and special projects

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
