Assist with developing and administering the Risk Management Program
- Assist in the documentation of process flows and the identification and documentation of associated risks and controls
- Assist in the development and reporting of independent analyses that provide greater insight into risk exposures and mitigation efforts
Hands-on GRC professional who builds, monitors, and improves the frameworks that keep our organization compliant, resilient, and risk-informed. Works across finance, technology, compliance, operations, and product teams to assess control effectiveness, manage risk assessments, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable, measurable control practices.
- Facilitate risk assessments for products, vendors, and projects; track mitigation plans.
- Maintain risk register with likelihood, impact, and residual risk metrics.
- Produce risk reports and heatmaps for leadership. Perform with other job related duties and special projects as requested
Create automated dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track financial and operational risk performance.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Detail oriented and highly organized
Prove quantitative/qualitative analytical and problem –solving skills
Good communication and technology skills
Preferred proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
