- Culinary Craftsman:Prepare and supervise food items with precision, ensuring every dish meetshigh standardsof quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Kitchen Captain:Lead andassistkitchen staff tomaintainefficient operations and consistently deliver high-quality food and service.
- Solution Strategist:Anticipatechallenges and resolve issues proactively to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
- Clear Communicator:Share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity.
- Organization Operator:Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized, always meeting sanitation and safety standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Previoussupervisory responsibility preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Food Handlers Certificationrequired.(mustcomply withState requirements)
- Able to work effectively under pressure,maintainingcomposure while quickly evaluating situations anddeterminingthe best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
