Position Overview

We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to take full ownership of cases from intake through trial. This role is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation and trial experience who is confident managing high-value cases in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through trial or resolution
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert and lay witnesses
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Represent clients in hearings, motions, and court appearances
• Prepare trial materials and actively participate in trial proceedings
• Develop case strategy, including liability analysis and damages evaluation
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and briefs
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
• 6+ years of experience litigating personal injury cases
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume litigation caseload
• Strong deposition and courtroom experience
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of California Civil Procedure
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Results-driven with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Compensation: From $180,000 base + commission and bonuses
