Certified Surgical Tech at Rush Copley Medical Center – Aurora, Illinois

$5,000 sign-on bonus (must be certified with 2 years of experience to qualify)

Position Summary:
Functions as the member of the surgical team who assists the surgeon, anesthesiologist/anesthetist and RN in delivering direct patient care during the entire preoperative experience. Acts as the primary scrub person or first assistant during the operative procedure.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of a program of surgical technology of at least one year duration and possess certification by the Association of Operating Room Technicians.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
• Ability to function in emergency situations
• Ability to take call as assigned and respond within 30 minutes

Internal applicants and RUSH transfers are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
