Streamline Glass, a privately-owned, brand new glass manufacturing company in Newton, NH, is seeking a reliable and efficient Truck Loader to join our delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and securing glass products onto our trucks, supporting our commitment to operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Verify the accuracy of shipments against shipping documents
- Ensure that items are loaded securely to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors

Requirements:- Ability to routinely lift 75lbs and under
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other loading equipment (training provided)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a warehouse environment
- Supervisory experience, or willingness to take on a leadership role
