Compensation:$65 - $75 hourly
Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Practitioner at Relive Health, some of the roles and responsibilities will be:
- Interpret patient labs.
- Treat patients' hormonal imbalances and manage medical records.
- Perform an initial physical assessment and chart the patient.
- Provide both patient care and education to patients regarding hormone replacement therapy as well as IV vitamin therapy.
- Initiate referrals & maintain health records.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
- Refill medication orders.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
