Basic Job Functions:

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX® brand for the construction market, TRUFAST® for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFASTWalls® for exterior building envelopes and facades. The TRUFASTWalls® District Sales Manager manages the sales of TRUFASTWalls® products across a defined geographical area. This position ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through the development of relationships with key customer personnel and is responsible for establishing new customer bases and market opportunities. This person in this position must be willing to travel and meet with independent representatives to grow OEM and distributor sales.

This is a remote position; regular travel is expected within the assigned region. ABC offers a competitive salary, monthly car allowance, monthly cell phone allowance, and a company credit card provided for travel and expenses. Must reside in city or surrounding area.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing effective sales strategies to maximize company sales and profitability.
  • Hiring, training, and leading independent sales representatives.
  • Building and sustaining solid relationships with both existing and new customers for distribution and OEM channels.
  • Driving exceptional service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Providing regular feedback to the national sales manager on company marketing and product development needs as well as pricing recommendations.
  • Researching and monitoring market trends, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs.
  • Completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review.
  • Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
  • Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns that are designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of company products and services.
  • Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and overseeing resource allocation.
