About This Position

JOB SUMMARY

Collects and processes blood and other laboratory samples; enters physician orders in Meditech accurately; accurately labels and processes specimens; maintains confidentiality for patient data; and displays a professional image and attitude when performing ALL duties/responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
-
High school graduate with sufficient knowledge of English, Spelling, Typing, and Math. Certification in Phlebotomy preferred.

Training and Experience
-
Some phlebotomy experience preferred.Completion of Phlebotomy training through an accredited program.
