Job Description
Responsible for the daily clinical operations of PBHI programs including outpatient, inpatient, intermediate outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization services (PHP). Plans and directs the provision of mental health services and monitors the clinical direction of PBHI therapeutic programming. Supervises clinical operations and programming. Consults and partners with care team to provide mental health specific care to patients. Promotes and participates in the development of mental health programs through professional interactions using an interdisciplinary team approach. Participates and monitors quality outcomes and budgetary performance.
Master's degree in social work, psychology or other counseling field.
NVCI required hire upon or within 60 days of employment. CPR required upon hire or within 30 days of employment. Licensed by the state of Indiana as a mental health provider: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
Must have 5 years of experience in mental health, counseling, psychology or social services. Prefer health care or psychiatric hospital experience. Must have knowledge of and experience with evidence based practices, treatments and intervention techniques.
