The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial landscapes through routine lawn care services. This role involves mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining properties to ensure they look clean, healthy, and professionally maintained. Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team.

This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Lawn Care Services: Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing off hard surfaces to keep properties neat and well-maintained.
• Landscape Maintenance: Assist with basic landscape care tasks pruning shrubs, removing weeds, and maintaining planting beds.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate lawn care equipment, including commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape tools.
• Property Appearance: Ensure each job site is left clean, tidy, and professional in appearance upon completion of services.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete daily routes efficiently and maintain high standards of service.
• Equipment Care: Clean, maintain, and store equipment properly to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Customer Interaction: Represent the company professionally when on customer properties and respond politely to basic customer questions when needed.
• Training Completion: Participate in required training sessions, including Equipment Safety, Safe Lifting Practices, and Proper Lawn Care Techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license preferred
