Cheerleading Coach - Temporary in Denmark, South Carolina at Denmark Technical College (SC)

Maintains team discipline and instills proper ethical and moral character in cheerleaders. Enforces College and team policies, procedures, and rules. Works collaboratively with the College's athletics department staff. Executes basic principles of coaching, cheerleading, training, and team supervision. Executes program management - budgeting, scheduling, staff supervision, and travel planning. Manages team safety.
Cheerleading team coaching or similar experience required.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Able to provide leadership and be a role model for the team. Extremely organized, professional and a passion for cheerleading. Valid driver's license required. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to travel. Hours will include primarily nights and weekends. May be required to organize community service projects. Cheerleading/Dance team is expected to participate in community service projects.
