Requirements:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders and operate as a trusted communications counselor.
  • Knowledge of federal contracting, IT services, digital modernization, and government affairs.
  • Strong strategic marketing skills combined with the ability to independently execute campaigns, content, and communications initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with business development, capture, technical, leadership, and external stakeholder teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Familiarity with UX fundamentals and digital experience best practices is preferred.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong collaboration, adaptability, initiative, and attention to detail.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to support important national security and critical civilian missions.
