We're a boutique, owner-operated firm behind Class A communities, and we're currently hiring both Full Time and Part Time Leasing Consultants for two of our active adult (55+) communities in the Lawrenceville/Hoschton area. What You'll Do

• Be the face of the community — welcome prospects and deliver tours so good they close themselves
• Build genuine relationships with residents and prospects
• Follow up on leads with urgency and intention
• Close leases confidently and drive toward occupancy goals
• Stay a step ahead of market trends and the competition
• Keep leasing records sharp and every communication timely and professional
• Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to everything you do

What We're Looking For

• High-energy, outgoing, and confident communicator
• A natural at connecting with people — and closing the deal
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
• A strong multitasker with a sharp eye for detail
• Organized, with follow-up skills that never let a lead go cold
• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with Entrata or similar systems is a plus
