POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Property (SPM) is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of 1020 Spring (Spring Quarter), executing the Owners’ approved property budget plan and long-term strategic objectives for the property. This is achieved through the efficient balance of tenant and owner relations, financial budgeting, and expense controls, building and grounds maintenance, risk management, and all other operational aspects of the property in compliance with the highest standard of professional real estate management ethics.

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

MANAGEMENT

LEASE ADMINISTRATION

• Calculate and bill CAM, CPI, utility billing, tenant service reimbursements, etc.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date lease files both electronically and in paper files. Administer default/eviction proceedings as necessary using appropriate legal counsel.Assist Asset Manager with refinancing as necessary, preparing/collecting estoppel certificates.
