Role:

Our Member Solutions Specialists are responsible for helping our members find short term and long term solutions to their debt problems. The primary role is to recover past due payments on auto loans, credit cards, signatures loans, lines of credit and negative savings accounts; However, unlike other institutions, we give you the ability to negotiate and work out alternative solutions. More important than short term results is developing a long term partnership with our members and setting them up for future success.
