As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:

• Provide direct care and support with daily living and personal care.
• Help individuals build independence and achieve personal goals.
• Support community activities, choices, and meaningful participation.
• Follow individual care, behavioral, and support plans.
• Administer and document medications as required.
• Monitor health, safety, and changes in behavior or condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

• Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to complete and maintain required training and certifications, including applicable CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, PCM, Behavior Assistant training, and Core Assurances.
