Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Single Family Installer. In this hands-on position, you'll leverage your technical skills and expertise to install, maintain, and optimize HVAC systems in single-family homes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Install HVAC systems in single-family homes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local building codes.
2. Perform equipment inspections and testing to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
3. Install ductwork, wiring, and plumbing connections related to HVAC systems.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues to ensure seamless operation of systems.
5. Maintain accurate records of installation processes, materials used, and any modifications made.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Provide guidance and training to junior installers or apprentices as needed.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation for single-family homes.
4. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
5. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
6. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
7. Familiarity with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
10. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor.
11. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
12. Strong adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Must have the physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lb. objects upstairs and be able to crawl under tables and climb ladders. Abel to perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as scaffolding and high lift equipment.
