This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, technology, and employee experience, supporting the systems and processes that enable a high-performing and well-organized workforce. The HR Technology and Performance Operations Associate plays a key role in maintaining and improving HR platforms, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting performance management cycles across the organization. You will work closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and reporting. This position is highly operational and detail-driven, requiring strong analytical and organizational skills. It offers exposure to HR technology systems, performance management tools, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing systems, solving operational challenges, and improving employee experience through efficient HR processes.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for HR systems such as UKG and Lattice, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, user support, and data integrity management.
  • Assist in HR technology enhancements and implementations, supporting testing, documentation, process improvements, and rollout coordination.
  • Support performance management cycles, including launch preparation, communications, scheduling, training sessions, and compliance tracking.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to administer performance review processes and ensure smooth execution across all phases.
  • Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using HR systems, Excel, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and reporting requirements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for HRIS and performance management system users, providing guidance and resolving system-related inquiries.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources to support HR system self-service and adoption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, HR technology, or related HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as UKG and/or Lattice is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with HR data, reporting, and analytics.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data accurately and confidentially.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and guide employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting performance management processes or HR system implementations is a plus.
