Revolution Auto Parts is a fast-paced auto salvage operation, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labor / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Monroe, NC. • Full-time hours, Monday – Friday — no weekend work

• Picking, packing, and preparing parts orders accurately and on time

• Receiving incoming inventory and putting parts away correctly

• Verifying parts against orders — catching mistakes before they become problems

• Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organized throughout the shift

• Assisting with vehicle dismantling and parts staging in the yard

• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

• Moving and staging parts and materials as needed throughout the day

• Shows up every day, on time, ready to work

• Moves with purpose, doesn't need to be managed to stay productive

• Catches errors before they ship; accuracy matters as much as speed

• Follows the process every time, not just when someone is watching

• Communicates when something's wrong instead of hoping it works out

• Leaves their work area better than they found it

• Steps in to help without being asked

• Dependable: your team counts on you, and you don't let them down

• Detail-oriented: you notice things other people miss

• Physically capable and comfortable working on your feet all day

• Adaptable: you're equally good at staying focused on one task or shifting gears mid-shift

• A team player who communicates well and doesn't create headaches for others

• Prior warehouse, general labor, shipping, or logistics experience

• Experience with automotive parts or in a salvage yard environment is a plus

• Forklift experience or certification (we can train the right person)

• Background in any hands-on, production-based role

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly

• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in all weather

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
