Operations Analyst in Crane, Indiana at TRISTAR

TRISTAR is seeking two dedicated Operations Analysts to join our team in supporting our government customer at NSWC Crane. These in-person positions are based on the base, requiring a commitment of five days a week. Key Responsibilities

• Assess large sets of data and provide meaningful insights to the Gov customer based on their specific metrics
• Monitor, report, and track CASREPs through completion.
• Assist with deconflicting CASREP parts requests
• Assist with scheduling Battlegroup assessments.
• Assist with daily Fleet Support meetings.
• Review documents for proper formatting.

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Power BI
• Prior Navy experience is a plus.
• CAMP or PMP is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
