This role sits within a high-impact Martech environment focused on turning large-scale data into actionable intelligence for enterprise clients. You will work at the intersection of Data Science, CRM, and marketing technology, supporting advanced personalization and customer activation strategies. - Analyze and optimize NBA (Next Best Action) models, identifying bias and improving score calibration across segments and products.
- Develop and refine propensity models to identify customer likelihood of conversion per product or offer.
- Explore large-scale transactional datasets to generate predictive signals and transform behavioral history into actionable scoring systems.
- Assess data quality and completeness within CDPs, ensuring a reliable 360° customer view.
- Define and maintain a Data Science roadmap, including ML pipelines, retraining strategies, drift monitoring, and integration with activation platforms.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to align data science outputs with measurable business impact.
- Document methodologies, modeling decisions, and outcomes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Strong experience with supervised and unsupervised predictive modeling (classification, regression, clustering, churn, LTV, propensity scoring).
- Experience working with large-scale datasets (tens or hundreds of millions of records).
- Advanced programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM).
- Strong SQL skills for complex data manipulation and analytics in data warehouses.
- Experience with cloud environments, especially GCP and BigQuery.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM analytics tools (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
- Familiarity with Git and technical documentation practices.
- Strong ability to translate analytical outputs into strategic business recommendations.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation metrics (AUC, KS, Gini, Lift, calibration).
- Experience with ETL processes, feature engineering, and data pipelines at scale.
- Knowledge of model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies.
