Global Client Environments Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Client Environments Engineer based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, client onboarding, and enterprise ERP support, ensuring clients are successfully connected to critical support environments.
You will manage complex onboarding projects involving remote access setup across large-scale enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle environments.
The position plays a key role in enabling smooth technical transitions for global clients, ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable connectivity.
You will collaborate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and remove onboarding blockers under tight deadlines.
The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly client-facing, requiring strong coordination and communication skills.
This is a hands-on engineering role where project ownership, problem-solving, and technical depth directly impact client success and operational continuity.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage multiple concurrent client onboarding and technical integration projects, coordinating across internal engineering teams and external client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of remote access environments.
  • Lead and execute the setup of secure remote connectivity for enterprise ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, and related platforms), ensuring compliance, stability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during onboarding, leveraging ERP architecture knowledge, infrastructure understanding, and cross-functional support collaboration.
  • Plan, track, and document project activities using enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring transparency, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal and ISO standards.
  • Conduct client-facing technical sessions, guiding stakeholders through onboarding requirements, addressing concerns, and providing clear, solution-oriented communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize onboarding processes, reduce friction, and enhance efficiency and scalability across global client environments.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working with enterprise ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or similar large-scale platforms, ideally in technical support, implementation, or onboarding roles.
  • Strong background in technical project management, with proven ability to coordinate multiple complex initiatives in parallel under tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, installation, or integration in Windows, UNIX, or hybrid enterprise environments, including familiarity with remote access methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of ERP architecture and implementation/upgrade processes, with ability to troubleshoot across infrastructure and application layers.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and capacity to operate effectively in high-pressure, global, and remote team environments.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required, with strong English communication skills for international collaboration.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package aligned with senior-level technical expertise
  • Performance-based bonuses and recognition programs
  • Remote work flexibility within Brazil
  • Exposure to global enterprise clients and large-scale ERP environments
  • Career development opportunities in a fast-growing international organization
  • Collaborative and multicultural team environment
  • Training and certification support (e.g., project management and IT service frameworks)
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits (where applicable by location)
