Accountabilities:
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for internal platforms supporting CRM, billing, payments, pricing, and customer account management systems
  • Translate operational, financial, and technical requirements into clear product documentation, including PRDs, workflows, and technical specifications
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through delivery, QA, release, and post-launch optimization
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Care, Finance, and Engineering to identify friction points and deliver system improvements
  • Oversee development of billing, invoicing, adjustments, and payments workflows in collaboration with Finance and backend teams
  • Drive improvements in pricing and rate-change tools used by commercial and operational stakeholders
  • Lead integration strategy between internal systems and third-party platforms to ensure reliable and accurate data flows
  • Use SQL and analytics tools to define KPIs, monitor system performance, and prioritize opportunities for optimization
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve internal user experience across teams
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication through clear roadmaps, updates, and structured decision-making frameworks
Requirements:
  • 2–5+ years of product management or product ownership experience in B2B SaaS, platform, or internal tools environments
  • Proven experience owning backend systems such as CRM, billing, payments, or operational servicing platforms
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres) to analyze performance and validate decisions
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on APIs, system design, and data architecture
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into structured product requirements and scalable solutions
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to align Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Customer teams
  • Systems thinking mindset with a strong focus on reliability, data integrity, and user experience for internal tools
  • Familiarity with CRM and billing platforms and third-party integrations is a plus
  • Experience in industries with strong lifecycle and servicing complexity (e.g., energy, fintech, telecom, insurance, SaaS) is beneficial
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses and salary growth opportunities
  • Flexible hybrid and remote work options
  • Unlimited paid vacation and strong work-life balance culture
  • Premium medical insurance for employees and families
  • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities
  • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company transforming the energy sector
  • Collaborative, transparent, and innovation-focused work environment
  • Strong emphasis on automation, efficiency, and scalable systems design
