You will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and refining financial scenarios and responses that support AI benchmarking in regulated and professional finance contexts.

• Create realistic financial scenarios reflecting local banking, investment, compliance, audit, and risk management practices
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess financial reasoning, accuracy, and regulatory alignment
• Review AI and human-generated outputs for correctness, professional quality, and compliance with financial standards
• Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in finance and financial services
• Ensure contextual and regulatory accuracy based on target locale financial systems and frameworks
• Provide expert feedback to improve evaluation methodologies and AI training quality

You are a finance professional with strong domain expertise and the ability to evaluate complex financial content with accuracy and attention to regulatory detail.

• 5+ years of experience in finance or financial services (e.g., audit, compliance, risk, investment analysis, structuring)
• Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and frameworks relevant to the target locale
• Familiarity with financial regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, tax frameworks, capital market authorities)
• Ability to write, interpret, and evaluate professional-grade financial content with precision
• Native-level proficiency in Portuguese (BR) with strong professional English skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in structured evaluation tasks
• Experience working with financial reporting, compliance, or advisory functions is required
