Team Lead in Arbutus, Maryland at Kreg Therapuetics

Focus: Daily Operations & Driver Coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily driver routes, dispatch readiness, and route assignments.
• Ensure drivers are prepared for dispatch, including GEOTAB compliance and vehicle/equipment readiness.
• Verify beds are properly secured and prepared for safe transport.
• Facilitate effective communication between shifts to ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and serve as a key point of contact for operational updates.
• Support the Manager by providing leadership, guidance, and operational decision-making as needed.

Focus: Inventory, Repairs & Warehouse Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee red tag inventory, repair workflow, and the ready line to maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage parts inventory and ordering while maintaining budget accountability.
• Execute the scrapped bed process and approve equipment transitioning from red tag to green tag status.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment, including parts inventory.
• Coordinate operational updates across teams and locations to support workflow efficiency.
• This will be 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2-11pm & every other saturday
