This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst based in the United States.
As a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst, you will help strengthen the operational engine supporting a global Commercial organization in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will combine data analysis, process design, and cross-functional execution to improve commercial productivity and decision-making. The role spans revenue planning, performance reporting, CRM governance, Deal Desk operations, and broader go-to-market initiatives. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, Finance, and Commercial leadership to turn complex business questions into actionable insights. You will also explore AI-powered workflows and automation opportunities to make Revenue Operations more efficient and scalable. - Support revenue planning, reporting, and analysis across territories, quotas, and key performance indicators, covering different functions, regions, segments, and verticals.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into commercial productivity and performance.
- Analyze commercial performance, including win/loss trends, funnel performance, and pipeline health, and translate business questions into data analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop AI agents, skills, and workflows that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Revenue Operations, including data analysis, process development, and reporting.
- Support initiatives designed to improve commercial effectiveness and productivity, including lead routing, pipeline generation, and sales process improvements.
- Execute Deal Desk workflows by structuring, reviewing, and approving non-standard deals in partnership with Sales and Finance.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline Deal Desk processes and workflows.
- Oversee CRM data quality, field governance, and audit processes to maintain reliable commercial data.
- Design, improve, and operationalize scalable business processes and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to change management and enablement initiatives, including the development of training materials and process documentation.
- Partner with Commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Support a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the Commercial organization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, or a closely related function, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Eastern or Central U.S. time zone preferred to support collaboration with a global team.
- Demonstrated ability to design, improve, and operationalize business processes at scale.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and other go-to-market platforms such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, and Chamelio.
- Experience using AI assistants such as Claude to accelerate Revenue Operations workflows, including the development of skills, workflows, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting data and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and Commercial leadership.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and adapting to rapidly changing priorities in a high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, Finance, and other teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.
