As an Entry-Level Product Management Analyst, you will support product and program initiatives by analyzing processes, coordinating implementations, and turning data into actionable insights. You will work closely with product managers, program leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. The role offers exposure to product management, process optimization, business analysis, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will help translate business requirements into practical enhancements across systems, applications, and workflows. Your work will contribute to smooth product adoption, effective communication, and strong program performance. This is a remote, full-time opportunity suited to a highly organized and self-motivated professional eager to build experience in product and operations.
- Analyze existing processes and program performance to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop presentations, reports, and data-driven insights to support communications with clients, program managers, and senior leadership.
- Create and maintain enablement materials, process documentation, project plans, and tools such as SmartSheet to support successful adoption of product-related changes.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements while supporting the implementation of enhancements across systems, processes, and applications.
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions designed to reduce recurring operational risks.
- Act as a primary point of contact during client implementations, coordinating communication and supporting successful execution throughout the process.
- Support evolving business priorities through reporting, pathway development, and other operational or product-related initiatives.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of operational training for employees and interdepartmental teams interacting with the program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and task-management skills, with the ability to track multiple responsibilities and ensure timely completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Ability to work with data and reporting tools to research, organize, analyze, and summarize findings.
- Strong technical and functional aptitude, including problem-solving, process analysis, and process-flow management.
- Ability to manage priorities and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute effectively to large, cross-functional projects.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative with limited supervision.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable cable broadband or fiber-optic internet connection providing at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
- Anticipated hourly compensation of $27–$40 USD per hour, depending on relevant experience, geographic location, and other applicable factors.
