Job Description

Revenue Operations Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst based in the United States.

This remote role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, Salesforce administration, GTM analytics, and process improvement.
You will help maintain the systems and data that sales and marketing teams depend on to make informed decisions and execute effectively.
The role combines hands-on technical work with reporting, planning, data quality management, and cross-functional support.
You will have ownership of high-impact projects while also responding to day-to-day operational needs from GTM teams.
As the organization continues to scale, you will help build processes and infrastructure where workflows may still be evolving.
You will also have opportunities to apply AI-assisted tools and automation to make revenue operations more efficient and scalable.
This is an execution-focused opportunity for an analytical, curious professional who enjoys solving problems and turning complex data into actionable insights.

Accountabilities
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce, including custom fields, formula fields, validation rules, automations, field-level security, page layouts, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot workflow automations, including timed actions, wait steps, lead-routing logic, and other GTM processes.
  • Support the administration, implementation, and ongoing management of revenue and go-to-market tools.
  • Help manage platforms and integrations across sales and revenue operations, including Outreach, Sybill, Clay, ZoomInfo, Pylon, Sweep.io, Inflection, and Alguna.
  • Monitor data quality across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities, identifying and resolving duplicates, routing gaps, incorrect records, and other integrity issues.
  • Investigate discrepancies across systems and reporting environments, tracing differences to their underlying causes and ensuring accurate data flows.
  • Safely manipulate and analyze large datasets within live production environments while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Build and maintain reporting on pipeline coverage, conversion rates, average selling price and product mix, sales-cycle velocity, quota attainment, and net new revenue.
  • Support weekly and monthly leadership reporting cadences, including recurring pipeline and GTM performance updates.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses for sales leadership, including sourcing-integrity audits, cohort and ramp analysis, and other business-critical investigations.
  • Support territory planning across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments, including overlap rules and open-pipeline guardrails.
  • Assist with quota setting and capacity planning, including account executive ramp analysis and bottoms-up net-new-revenue planning based on Salesforce data.
  • Respond to and resolve ad-hoc requests submitted through the GTM operations ticketing system while balancing them against longer-term projects.
  • Contribute to AI-assisted revenue operations initiatives, including live CRM querying, automated reporting, workflow support, and other emerging agentic tools.
  • Document processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, GTM analytics, or a closely related function; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including formula fields, validation rules, Flow, reports, dashboards, and general CRM administration.
  • Strong spreadsheet modeling skills, including lookups, pivot tables, multi-step models, and the ability to explain and defend calculations line by line.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data integrity, and foundational data-management principles.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor and curiosity, with a natural tendency to investigate discrepancies between systems rather than simply accepting conflicting results.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and prompting, with an interest in applying AI to improve operational workflows.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance strategic projects and unexpected operational requests.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working directly with account executives, SDRs, sales leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where processes are evolving and solutions are not always fully documented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and improving processes.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
  • SQL proficiency and experience with a business intelligence platform such as Hex are preferred.
  • Experience with commission platforms or compensation-plan design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with revenue and sales tools such as Outreach, Sybill, Clay, ZoomInfo, Pylon, Sweep.io, Inflection, Alguna, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Exposure to public-sector, municipal, or infrastructure-focused sales cycles is a plus.
  • Interest in AI-assisted workflows, automation, and agentic technology is highly valued.
  • Willingness to work from a designated office location approximately twice per week is preferred for candidates located nearby.
Benefits
  • Base salary of $80,000–$98,000 annually.
  • Variable compensation of approximately 10–12%, representing an estimated $8,000–$11,500.
  • Estimated on-target earnings (OTE) of $88,000–$110,000.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Basic life insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement benefits.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Remote work environment with flexibility.
  • Tools, technology, and resources designed to support success in the role.
  • Opportunity to own high-visibility projects with measurable business impact.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted revenue operations, automation, and emerging GTM technologies.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a rapidly scaling organization.
  • Equal opportunity employment with consideration for qualified candidates regardless of legally protected characteristics.
