Job Description
Essential Functions:
Norris McLaughlin Law Firm is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our Allentown, NJ office. In this welcoming, service-focused role, you will help support the day-to-day needs of the office by answering phones and transferring phone calls on multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, reserving conference rooms, maintaining meeting reservation calendar, assisting with lunch catering for office events, typing, filing, and performing general office tasks. Previous office experience is helpful. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We offer medical benefits, a 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.
