Job Description

Manager, Sales Enablement and Revenue Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement and Revenue Marketing based in the United States.

This is a commercially focused leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth through sales enablement, marketing activation, and revenue intelligence. You’ll shape the strategies, tools, content, and programs that help sellers and account teams win new business, expand existing relationships, and protect at-risk accounts. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across sales playbooks, executive engagements, campaigns, events, training, and coaching. You’ll use data, market intelligence, and client trends to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable commercial decisions. Working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholder groups, you’ll ensure teams have the knowledge and resources needed to perform effectively. You’ll also lead a small team and prioritize initiatives based on revenue impact, client risk, and scalability. This is an opportunity to influence commercial performance in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where enablement directly supports growth and retention.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and scale sales enablement playbooks supporting new client acquisition, expansion and cross-selling, and recovery of at-risk accounts.
  • Lead Joint Operating Committee (JOC) strategies and executive business reviews, transforming operational discussions into opportunities for growth, retention, and stronger client relationships.
  • Support strategic accounts, finalist presentations, executive client meetings, and other high-stakes commercial engagements.
  • Own the development and activation of content for conferences, client summits, JOCs, sales kickoffs, and other internal and external events.
  • Develop deal-level sales materials, including pitch decks, client-facing collateral, and finalist presentation content.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize campaign performance by measuring effectiveness, analyzing ROI, and adjusting strategies based on results.
  • Own the training strategy and governance of the sales enablement platform, ensuring programs are structured, relevant, and effectively adopted.
  • Develop structured 30/60/90-day onboarding programs that help new sellers and account managers reach their first deal more efficiently.
  • Create role-specific learning programs focused on selling capabilities, executive communication, product positioning, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Establish coaching frameworks that enable frontline managers to reinforce skills consistently through day-to-day coaching.
  • Provide hands-on preparation and guidance to sellers and account teams ahead of important customer conversations.
  • Govern the enablement content library to keep resources current, accessible, organized, and free from unnecessary duplication.
  • Evaluate and manage enablement technologies, including CRM, content management, and sales intelligence platforms, while improving integration and user adoption.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product to maintain consistent messaging and ensure new product and feature knowledge reaches commercial teams quickly.
  • Lead and develop a small team spanning enablement, content, and training while setting priorities around revenue impact, client risk, and scalability.
  • Analyze CRM data, market intelligence, and client trends to identify growth opportunities and potential retention risks, translating findings into practical recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, payer, healthcare services, or a related commercial environment.
  • 7+ years of experience across sales enablement, marketing, account management, client success, revenue operations, commercial strategy, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience developing sales and marketing collateral and managing event, campaign, or commercial activation programs.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and confidence using data, analytics, and market intelligence to inform commercial decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups, functions, and priorities.
  • Experience leading Joint Operating Committees (JOCs), executive business reviews, or comparable strategic client forums.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Allego or comparable CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Experience owning event activation and analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to develop team members and influence stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
  • For remote work, access to a cable broadband or fiber-optic internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $99,200–$165,300 USD, depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.
  • Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan.
  • Fully remote work-from-home arrangement for eligible employees.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning on the first day of employment.
  • Well-being and behavioral health support programs.
  • 401(k) retirement benefits.
  • Company-paid life insurance.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • Minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year.
  • Paid holidays and leaves of absence.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact commercial function spanning sales enablement, revenue marketing, training, content, and analytics.
  • Collaborative environment with significant exposure to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
  • Opportunity to directly influence revenue growth, client retention, seller productivity, and commercial performance.
