Job Description

Senior Revenue Operations Architect

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Architect in United States.

This role sits at the center of revenue strategy, systems architecture, and data-driven decision-making for a fast-scaling go-to-market organization. You will serve as the primary technical owner of the revenue operations ecosystem, shaping how data, tools, and workflows connect across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your work will directly influence how revenue is generated, measured, and optimized across the entire funnel. Acting as a strategic partner to revenue leadership, you will translate business needs into scalable system design and actionable insights. You will also play a key role in evolving the GTM tech stack, ensuring reliability, integration, and long-term scalability. This is a high-impact, hands-on architecture role for someone who thrives in both systems design and analytical storytelling.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end architecture and administration of core GTM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration health.
  • Manage the broader revenue technology ecosystem (e.g., Gong, Intercom, Clay, Amplemarket), evaluating tools, optimizing usage, and driving system consolidation where needed.
  • Scope, design, and execute complex Revenue Operations initiatives, translating business requirements into structured technical solutions and delivery plans.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks across the full revenue funnel, from acquisition through retention and renewal.
  • Identify missing KPIs, define data requirements, and implement the infrastructure needed to capture and operationalize critical business metrics.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, providing insights, challenge, and system-level recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination and project execution, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication end-to-end.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying system gaps, testing new tools, and applying emerging RevOps and AI-driven methodologies.
Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales Operations roles with strong technical ownership.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot administration, architecture, and automation design.
  • Proven experience managing and integrating multi-tool GTM tech stacks in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, interpret complex data, and communicate actionable insights.
  • Experience translating business needs from revenue teams into scalable technical and operational solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to independently own end-to-end initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with modern RevOps tooling, data infrastructure, and AI-enhanced workflow solutions is a plus.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote work with global flexibility.
  • Competitive USD salary package.
  • High-speed internet expense allowance.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation days and additional flex days for holidays or personal needs.
  • Access to a dedicated People Team Partner for career development support.
  • Virtual team social events and after-office activities.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and collaborative global culture.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth environment shaping revenue operations at scale.
