Position Overview

RSM Honda is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new technology, and assisting customers. This is an hourly full-time position.

As a Product Specialist, you will explain Honda features and technology, conduct test drives, and help create an exceptional dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of Honda vehicles, trims, features, and technology
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Maintain CRM notes and customer communication records
• Work closely with Sales team assisting with test drives and showing features of individual cars
• Assist customers with pairing phones and car and going over technical features of car
