Senior Recruiter

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter in the United States.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, high-growth organization where hiring quality talent directly impacts business success. You will own full-cycle recruiting across both technical and go-to-market functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence decisions, refine talent needs, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. The environment is highly collaborative and data-driven, with a strong emphasis on speed, quality, and consistency. You will manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining high standards in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. This is a hands-on role where proactive sourcing, modern recruiting tools, and strong execution are essential to building world-class teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles from intake to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on talent profiles, and ensure hiring strategy execution
  • Manage 10–15 concurrent requisitions while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring velocity
  • Source and engage passive and active talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
  • Conduct structured candidate screenings and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Own the offer process end-to-end, including coordination with compensation and hiring stakeholders to close candidates
  • Maintain ATS accuracy, ensure clean pipeline data, and support reporting on hiring funnel health
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and GTM roles in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and build high-quality talent pipelines beyond inbound applications
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby, including workflow and reporting management
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and screening efficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions (10–15) simultaneously without compromising quality or speed
  • Strong ownership mindset focused on outcomes such as hires, quality of hire, and time-to-fill
