Placements Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Placements Specialist in the United States.

This role plays a key part in supporting the operational flow of loan sales and placements within a fast-paced financial services environment. You will ensure that all documentation, agreements, and supporting materials are accurately prepared, organized, and delivered on time to enable smooth transaction processing. The position requires close coordination with internal teams and external banking partners to maintain alignment across timelines and requirements. You will also contribute to preparing legal and financial documentation, helping ensure compliance and operational accuracy throughout the process. This is a detail-oriented, collaborative role where precision, organization, and responsiveness directly impact business outcomes. You will operate in a high-energy environment that values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Support daily operational workflows related to loan sales and placements, ensuring accurate and timely processing of documentation.
  • Prepare, download, organize, and distribute financial and legal documents, including agreements and related materials.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure loan sales progress according to established timelines and requirements.
  • Assist in preparing master agreements, UCC filings, and related documentation in coordination with legal and accounting teams.
  • Communicate with banking and partner institutions via email and phone, providing responsive and professional support.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation accuracy across all assigned processes.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying and supporting improvements in workflow coordination.
Requirements:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience (2+ years).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in documentation-heavy or operations-focused roles, ideally within financial services or customer service environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and track data effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and precision.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and dependable approach to work.
  • Exposure to legal or financial documentation processes is a plus but not required.
