Staff Product Operations Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Operations Manager in United States.

This role sits at the core of a fast-evolving product organization focused on scaling how modern software is built, shipped, and improved. You will be responsible for designing and driving the operational systems that connect Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams into a cohesive and high-velocity delivery engine. Acting as a critical partner to senior leadership, you will ensure that product execution is structured, measurable, and continuously improving without introducing unnecessary process overhead. Your work will directly influence how effectively teams ship features, make decisions, and align across functions in a rapidly transforming, AI-enabled environment. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role that blends systems thinking, data fluency, and cross-functional influence. You will play a central role in enabling organizational speed, clarity, and operational excellence at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination from research and discovery through release, pricing, and delivery.
  • Design and maintain operating rhythms across Product, Design, and Engineering, including planning cadences, sprint alignment, and execution governance.
  • Build and manage visibility systems such as roadmaps, Jira workflows, and dashboards to ensure teams have clear, reliable, and actionable execution data.
  • Partner with leadership across Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market to align priorities, manage dependencies, and strengthen cross-functional execution.
  • Define and improve operational processes by identifying breakdowns in delivery workflows and implementing scalable, lightweight solutions.
  • Develop and track key product and operational metrics such as deployment frequency, adoption, and delivery performance to support data-driven decisions.
  • Enable high-velocity execution by improving clarity, accountability, and alignment across all stages of product development.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations or a closely related role within a high-growth software or technology environment.
  • Proven experience owning and improving end-to-end product development processes across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Deep expertise in modern product operating systems, including Jira, roadmap tooling, and agile delivery frameworks.
  • Strong systems thinking ability with experience designing scalable operational models that improve efficiency without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change without direct authority.
  • Strong data literacy, with the ability to define metrics, identify gaps in measurement, and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience leading or contributing to organizational transformation efforts in product operating models is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of how AI and modern tooling are reshaping product development workflows.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with comprehensive compensation package
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation and unlimited sick days
  • Fully paid parental leave (up to 16 weeks) and family care leave support
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (based on country of residence)
  • Company-paid life insurance coverage
  • Home internet stipend for remote work support
  • Professional development budget for learning and career growth
  • Home office setup allowance to support remote productivity
  • Access to premium learning and wellness platforms (including Calm, LinkedIn Learning, and others)
  • Inclusive, remote-first culture with strong emphasis on diversity and belonging
  • Additional employee support programs and global flexibility benefits.
