You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, helping build the pipelines that power business growth. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate hiring needs into actionable sourcing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines and delivering strategic sourcing insights that directly support GTM hiring priorities.
- Build comprehensive talent maps and competitive intelligence across target companies and GTM talent pools
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative sourcing channels
- Identify and engage hard-to-find GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring landscapes
- Maintain structured sourcing pipelines and ensure consistent candidate engagement and tracking
- Support continuous improvement of sourcing processes and tools to increase hiring efficiency
This role requires strong sourcing expertise with proven experience supporting GTM hiring in fast-paced technology environments.
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting research, or talent acquisition functions
- Proven experience sourcing for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) in the tech industry
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Ability to build talent intelligence and map competitive markets effectively
- Strong understanding of the EMEA or global tech ecosystem, including key companies and talent hubs
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Highly proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Competitive hourly rate: $90–$100 depending on experience
