Job Description

Position Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, customer experience, and team leadership for a designated service and construction location. This role manages field operations, service delivery, staffing, scheduling, and operational execution to ensure projects and services are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

The Site Manager serves as the operational leader for their location, supporting technicians, office staff, and customers while driving accountability, profitability, and service excellence. This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and supporting Easton Select Group’s continued growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
  • Oversee daily service, construction, and retail operations for assigned location
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, workflow coordination, and operational execution
  • Ensure projects and service work are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
  • Monitor productivity, labor utilization, service quality, and operational performance
  • Support process improvements and operational consistency across departments
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop field and office staff
  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management efforts
  • Promote accountability, professionalism, and a positive team culture
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and operational reviews
  • Support technician development and workforce retention initiatives
Customer Experience & Service Delivery
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns and operational issues
  • Coordinate with service, construction, and customer service teams to resolve challenges efficiently
  • Ensure customers receive clear communication and professional support throughout projects and services
Financial & Business Operations
  • Support site-level budgeting, labor management, and operational cost control
  • Monitor operational KPIs including revenue, productivity, customer retention, and gross margin performance
  • Assist with inventory management, purchasing coordination, and operational forecasting
  • Support leadership reporting and business planning initiatives
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and operational safety standards
  • Conduct site inspections and reinforce safe work practices across teams
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and operational assets responsibly
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of operational leadership, field management, or service management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience managing field operations, service teams, or construction activities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites and company locations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pool service, construction, home services, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, or related industries preferred
  • Experience managing multi-department or multi-location operations preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, scheduling, or service management software preferred
  • Financial management and budgeting experience preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
